Le auto non possono pi\u00f9 o non osano pi\u00f9 muoversi. Il traffico \u00e8 bloccato nel pomeriggio di venerd\u00ec 3 febbraio, gli autobus non circolano pi\u00f9, i negozi si chiudono, i motociclisti tornano a casa come possono, a volte spingendo faticosamente lo scooter. Gli abitanti sembrano paralizzati, i loro occhi incerti, a volte sbalorditi. I luoghi turistici, solitamente invasi da venditori ambulanti e turisti, sono deserti. Non usciamo pi\u00f9, per paura dell&#8217;ignoto, eppure, come scoprirono i romani, la metropolitana funziona ancora.<br \/>\nLa sera del 3 febbraio, di fronte al caos causato da questi pochi centimetri di neve, il sindaco Allemano consiglia alla popolazione di rimanere a casa e proibisce il traffico automobilistico senza catene &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Consulta la storia del manto nevoso a Roma, vedrai che quando nevica \u00e8 generalmente di 1 o 2 cm !!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; 2010 : 1\/2 cm<br \/>\n&#8211; 2005 : 2 cm<br \/>\n&#8211; 1999 : 5 cm<br \/>\n&#8211;
