The halls of Trajan’s Markets, open since November 2007, house a museum dedicated to the Imperial Forums, with temporary exhibitions regularly held there.

This is the main museum dedicated to the Risorgimento, the period that led to Italian unification, spanning from the second half of the 18th century to the First World War.

Opening hours : open daily from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, last entry at 6:45 pm.
Prices : full €18 / reduced €5 (ages 18–25). The ticket is valid for 7 days and includes access to the Vittoriano terrace and the Palazzo di Venezia Museum. Free on the first Sunday of the month. Other conditions on the official website.

Guided tours of the sets (Roma Antica in 2026) take place only on selected days according to a calendar available on the official website.
